OneTabFocus is a Chrome extension that locks you to one tab (or a few you choose) for as long as you set. It's built first for people with ADHD, but it works just as well for students, or anyone who ends up with 30 tabs open.
OneTabFocus is made for the way ADHD works. When you can't stop reaching for a new tab, that's not a willpower problem. So instead of asking you to resist, OneTabFocus locks the tab away until your timer is done.

Things people actually ask.
Does OneTabFocus close my tabs?
No. We use Chrome's native tab-groups feature to collapse non-focus tabs into a single chip. Nothing is closed — audio keeps playing in the chip if you don't pause it, drafts and scroll position are preserved, and Google Docs edits are uninterrupted. When the session ends, your original tab groups (with their colors and titles) are restored exactly.
What's free vs. Pro?

How does the 7-day trial work?
The moment you install OneTabFocus, you get full access to the platform and all its features for 7 days. No payment info required. After day 7, you'll be switched to the free plan — keep it free or upgrade to Pro.
What happens if I cancel a Pro subscription?
You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be switched to the free plan. Your settings, streak, and history all stay.
I lost my Pro on a new device. How do I get it back?
Sign in at /login with the email you used at checkout. We'll email a one-time link that signs you in. From the account page you can re-link this Chrome profile to your Pro subscription.
Does it work in Incognito?
Only if you explicitly enable it in chrome://extensions → Details → 'Allow in Incognito'. The extension is off by default in Incognito.
What about Firefox / Safari?
OneTabFocus is Chrome-only. Firefox and Safari don't support the same tab-grouping behavior, so we can't port it there.
How do you handle privacy?
We don't track your tab URLs, page content, or browsing history. The extension does send anonymous usage stats (like a focus session starting) so we can see what helps and improve it, and you can turn that off in Options. The only personal info we keep is your billing email. Read the full privacy policy at /privacy.
